Mindfulness Academy PLT (“the Academy”) is committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our students and visitors.   • Active Records: Student data is kept for the duration of your enrollment in the EMBA/EDBA programs.
  • Archival Data: Upon graduation or completion, certain records are archived for a legally permitted period to facilitate transcript requests and alumni verification.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: As part of our high-tech infrastructure, data may be stored on secure cloud servers. We ensure that any service providers we use adhere to global security standards.

Mindfulness Academy PLT does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Disclosure to third parties occurs only:

  • When required by Malaysian law or regulatory bodies.
